Refund policy

We want you to love your Teenie Genie purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Here are the Policies Explained:

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition with tags.

• Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue & a proof of your purchase.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched for shipment.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
• TeenieGenie reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
