Exchange & Refunds

At Teenie Genie, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our return and exchange guidelines carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The exchange request is submitted within the time frame.
  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product received differs from the original order (wrong size, wrong design, or wrong item sent).
  • Something described in the product listing (like print, size, or design details) is missing or incorrect.

Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days of receiving the product cannot be entertained.

Exchange Process

  • Once the product is returned, our team will inspect it to verify the issue.
  • After successful verification, we will issue a replacement of equal value (same size/design or an alternative, subject to availability), which will be sent with your next order.
  • For exchanges requested due to size issues or change of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, stickers, and original packaging intact.
  • Apparel with makeup stains, perfume odor, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be accepted for exchange.
  • All products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The exchange process may take up to 2 days in major cities and up to 4 days in other cities.

Note: If the exchange results in a difference in order value:

  • If the new item costs less, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
  • If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Discounted Items

  • Discounted or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests will be processed within 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product, and a 15% processing fee will be deducted.
